Darrius clearly knows his craft. He was very thorough and patient when I was having difficulty with some of the exercises.

I really enjoyed today's 1st. class with Darrius at Harmony Apartments. He's an excellent teacher, explaining all the moves & making sure you were doing it correctly. Thank you.

Darrius was great! The class was a great beginner class for all ages and experience. Felt great afterwards!
